While serving as core members of their offices' recruiting teams, Sidi and Jörn have both interviewed hundreds of candidates at McKinsey and BCG - for a range of seniority levels and across different geographies.
Hence, they leverage the real evaluation criteria and scoring methods that MBB interviewers base their decisions on and that candidates are evaluated against when interviewing with these firms!
Besides living and breathing recruiting, Jörn also developed several internal training programs at McKinsey for young consultants in their first 24 months on the job. He also shaped McKinsey's global training program for Digitalization and Analytics.

Freddy is a former Engagement Manager at McKinsey, where he played a key role as an interviewer for three core recruiting teams. In addition, Freddy served as faculty for training early-stage consultants, having coached and trained 100+ new McKinsey consultants. As an Engagement Manager, he honed his expertise in coaching both team members and clients, building a strong foundation in mentorship and professional development.
Now, as an Interview Preparation Advisor for The MBB Offer Machine™, Freddy leverages his extensive experience to provide personalized guidance and specific McKinsey interview tips, hence equipping our mentees with the skills and strategies needed to achieve interview success and secure offers at McKinsey, BCG, and Bain.

Marzena Tomalka-Mośko

Marzena is a former Recruiting Specialist at McKinsey, where she managed numerous recruiting projects across Europe. She served as the primary point of contact for the Firm’s global internal interviewer training program and played a pivotal role in the development of the McKinsey Problem Solving Game (PSG) / McKinsey Solve Game.
After an impressive 7-year tenure at McKinsey, Marzena joined The MBB Offer Machine™.
